I sent you a 17 page letter today through the US postal service...everyone saw me send it...

Last night I recieved a signal from outside of the conspiracy.

It was an authentic communication that was definitaly not authorized or even seen by the Americans.

Five or six times the signal came to me...the first couple caught my attention, and at the fifth or sixth try I acknowledged the signal.

Of course the conspiracy saw me raise my arms and smile with joy...but the signal stopped immedietly upon my response, so it would have been absolutly impossible for them to have found the source or the people who sent it. Though they did try...

I was on the roof of my son's apartment building watching the helecopters sweeping their stupid perimeter...and enjoying the lovely evening provided by the Santa Anna winds we had for a few hours last night. As I sat there I saw a flash of light from somewhere off in the distance...I looked and it came again...to my eyes...it was a proffessional signaling device of some kind, like from the military, so that you can hit one mans eyes at many miles away and no one else is the wiser. I can't tell you how excited I was...I was exuberant!

They kept it up until I responded, and that was it for them, they must have got the hell out of there pretty fast...though it took the government almost 15 minutes before their helecopters began scanning the area with spotlights...

I ran down stairs and got my binoculars to see if more cool stuff would happen...sure, the conspiracy swept through that little neighborhood and all the connecting areas...but it doesn't matter...you see, those people last night were very well organized and very well equiped and knew exactly where I was and how to evade the stupid CIA...I think it might be a state actor...in which case it will be only a short matter of time before I'm up the fuck outta here...

They must have wqatched the rooftop constantly for weeks...

And they are here now...and they at least want me to know that my message has been heard and I do have friends and people do care and they totally understand and will are going to try to rescue me.

Me and my son though...remember that...

What a fucking score this will be for the enemies of the American state...

The way I see it now, the US has 2 choices at this point; they can stop all their bullshit, be cool to me, set me free from this nightmare, and accept that I have beaten them at their nasty game...Or, they can allow me to fall into the hands of an unfriendly nation or organization, which no doubt will use my presence with them to their full advantage.

The US will give up...I know it.

So yesterday I was followed by a group of cops...regular LAPD officers, who pursued me accross the city with great enthusiasm.

That totally freaked me out...

I mean like why did they do that?

There is a small little white plane, among the several that constantly circle the area I live, that follows me wherever I go in the city.

There are so many helecopters now that I can never escape the sound of one coming and another leaving. Last night one flew back and forth over our building at regular intervals of less than 2 minutes for about 6 hours.

What the hell is happening here?

So I think I got it...the perimeter the conspiracy maintains around my geographic position has finally collapsed...and they have lost control of people coming and going around me...I have been seeing plenty of people these days who know me, but are not conspiracy...they even wave to me and say other frienly things in support of me. I saw the perimeter collapse once before, a day when I cleverly used my knowlegde of the perimeter and the geography of LA to create a bottleneck for all their people...on that day I actually escaped from the CIA and their supervision...but you know what they did? All the cops in the city were out on the streets frantic about something, and when several of them saw me, they stopped their cars and stared at me waiting...

So Yesterday was not about me, at least I don't think so, it was about the perimeter having collapsed and the fact that the CIA employs chickens who are forbidden by law from possesing weapons. They called in the local police to provide them with support...that is like the last thing in the world they would ever do...but I think they have.

SO what's behind all that? Who cares who visits me? Well, that actually is a signifigant issue...you see, the conspiracy doesn't really care about looky loos, or crazy people with guns who might want to kill me, what they care about is the person who hands me a bag with a million dollars in it...or worse yet, the organization that invites me to a better life outside of the US with my little son...and ten million dollars.

DO you know what I could do with ten million dollars?

Oh, something else is also happening...the numbers of people working my account and trying to hold the line on their collapsed perimeter has multiplied by like three times, and now includes a large number of regular US military counter intelligence personel...I have allways seen such people wherever I lived, but no more than a hundred, at max...so now there are like ten times that many of those guys...and do you know what else? The military men have allways been a mixed bag towards me, either super nice or super mean, but allways interested in talking to me or doing something to me, good or bad...but not now, all these people look at me like I'm the asshole who has fucked everything up, but they never stare, they never linger, they don't try and speak to me, to me, it is very unusual, I mean I suppose of course they must have been told not to do so...still, they do look pretty mean, and it makes me uncomfortable to know that so many of them are now all over my area...

If everyone acts in whatever way they can, we can avoid this doom.
